what are your expectations of these players at the clay slam?

i have a sneaky feeling that tsitsipas and berrettini will do well in this tournament.........you can never tell about zverev and i have least expectations from meddy the lover of best of 3 format........

Zverev - SF. Has a high floor on clay with his solid groundstrokes from the back of the court and movement skills. Can avoid second serve issues by dialing back on first serve to keep his percentage high. I'd be pretty surprised if he didn't make at least the Quarters.
Tsitsipas - R3. I think he's going to have some trouble recovering from that Coric match. Only got one match on the clay in Rome. As a Tsitsipas supporter, I hope I'm wrong, but things aren't looking good at the moment.
Berrettini - R3. Liable to lose to anybody who plays solid tennis and can handle the weight of his forehand. He'll likely face that kind of player by round 3.
Medvedev - R4. Game isn't particularly suited for clay, but his movement and consistency alone will get him to the second week.

Meddy won’t get far on clay will lose to any decent clay courter
Matteo: hard to predict he is so hit and miss I’ll say R4
Tsitsipas Depends where he is mentally he has the game to go far I’ll say QF
Zverev: I also see a QF maybe even a SF.

The next gen is so hard to predict as they are so hit and miss.

now that the draws, i am kind of curious how far these players will go........i just have a last minute hunch that tsitsipas is due for a great run, provided he is in the right frame of mind........he has the tools for clay........

Tsitsipas was the guy i wanted Nadal to avoid along with Shapolav. Tsitsipas BH is a weakness on faster courts. On clay its more reliable. If he makes 2nd week he will be dangerous. Shapolav apparently could.meet Djokovic in 4th round. Is that true?

Zverev QF: Don't expect him to make it past The Nadal, but hope he gives a spirited effort.

Berrettini QF: Another steady, but unspectacular result, will take out RBA, will not take out Djokovic.

Tsitsipas 3R: Too mentally broken at the moment, and Filip Krajinovic looms in the 3R.

Medvedev 3R: I honestly have no idea. He definitely won't get by Rublev in the 4th, but he could go down in the 1st for all I can tell. I'll predict he makes it to the 3R.

Medvedev - will lose in R1
Tsitsipas - will probably lose in R3 the latest although a QF is possible too.
Zverev - has an easy draw, might reach QF
Berrettini - has an easy draw, will make R3 or R4

his game is well suited for clay and with recent debacles on hardcourts, he should be hungry and mentally fresh for a good run at the final slam of the year........
