Shoe and insole weight concerns humor

Since I was trying different insoles again, I was interested in “how heavy”.

My initial thoughts were:
- 1.0ish oz (stock) insoles - light
- 2.0ish oz - mid
- 3.0+ oz - heavy

Humor:
- Average 150lb male foot - 2ish lbs/32 oz
- foot + light insole 33oz, 35 oz with heavy insole



Even funnier … average 150lb male leg … 25ish lbs/ 400 oz.

I think if we can’t handle the heavier end of tennis shoes and insoles … we have bigger problems.

Does any of that mean I don’t want lighter insoles … no.

A tight snug fit and the weight doesnt matter much. If the fit is lose you will feel the weight more. But i agree, it's mostly mental and probably will have no impact on your speed on court xD
