Shoe Recommendation for Hard Court and occasional clay court

Hi,

I am a 3.5 level player and am shopping for shoes. I primarily play on hard courts and occasionally on clay (the astro stuff).

I've tried some Nike Air shoes and eventually settled on Costco Court Classic Shoes !! They are very cheap, and I found them as comfortable as the previous Nikes. They do wear out every 3 months or so. I play about 10 hrs every week including some league matches and tournaments.

I was looking at the Adidas Barricade V. Any suggestions?

Also, is anybody familiar with the Costco Court Classic shoes? If they are good enough, I don't mind stocking up and going through 2-3 pairs a year. They are just $15 !!

Regards
Nick

get yourself some nike breathe cage 2's! they are about 70-80$usd. have 6 month warranty and look pretty nice.

barricades are ok too... a little heavy feeling for me. they also have a 6 month warranty

my next shoe will be nike courtballistec however. want to try them

Nike Air Max Breathe Free IIs and Breathe Cage IIs are what I use all the time and I transition between hard courts and Har-Tru all the time.

You're going to find that this question pretty much goes down to personal preference... Each different shoe will fit someone different.. Personally I tried the Barricades and haven't looked back since.
