Shoe size: Nike vs. Adidas

So, I'm planning to buy a pair of Courtballistec 4.3, not sure what color yet but the biggest problem is related to the size.
So I have a 3.3 pair from FO 2011 when I also bought a pair of Adidas Bercuda, the cheaper variant of Barricade.
Their both UK size 10 but the Nike is US 11 while the Adidas is US 10 1/2, Nike being size 45 European and Adidas size 44 2/3 European.
Looking at the sizing on Tennis Warehouse Europe, the Nike US 10.5/UK 10 is 44.5 European. I guided myself after the UK sizing because I bought them usually from the UK online and I got used to guide myself after it.
So the question is, in actual size is Nike 44.5 = Adidas 44.5 -> 28.5 cm?
That's because I feel better in the Adidas, there's some space in the Nike, but I'm afraid somehow the 44.5 for Nike might be slightly smaller.

CB 4.3 narrow, V9s medium/true to fit, AMC wide. I find Adidas sizes a bit tight, fit of CB and B7 is similar for me because it's a bit tight for my wide feet. Vapors fits more true to size compared to the B7s, but they have that "adaptive fit" thing. I don't know how it works since I never played with these despite trying them.

Or, the best solution: go to a local shop, try a pair, and get back home and buy it on the internet to gain some money.

I guess that's the best solution, plus, a Nike store here has the CB 4.3 Orange version which was on my wishlist and even cheaper than on TW, but not necessarily ahead of the French Open version gray/red or even the turquoise TW has but not TW Europe.
I would've preferred the blue AO 2013 ones but they're long gone for now.
As much as I looked Nike UK 9.5 = Adidas UK 10 = 28.5cm ( or 285 Japan size which is most explicit of all ).
