Shoe warranty and **** purchase

Has anyone ever bought a shoe on **** that has warranty (Breathe Free, Barricade II/III) and returned them to Adidas for a 6-month replacement warranty using the invoice from ****? Or if you bought on ****, what did you use as invoice.

Don't think you can do it unless the vendor was an "authorized distributor/retailer"
