Just want to know if these shoes are eligible for a HEAD warranty. The pictures show the obvious hole to the inside of the shoe through the toe/outer part of the sole.
Those are worn enough to qualify for the durability guarantee. To qualify, the shoes must have been purchased within the last six months and not been a replacement pair. If you bought the shoes from us, you can return them to us for replacement. You can find further details here:

So do I just use the return label provided and add the receipt of the purchase and it’ll be good? Also, will it just ship the replacements back to the original shipping address?
Correct, you may drop them off at any UPS location. As soon as they are received by our returns department, we will confirm the replacement. In the event we do not have your size available, we will contact you with alternative options within the same brand that are in stock.
