Shoe Warranty...How long for replacement?

Adidas Warranty

I just sent my Adidas Barricade IV's in for replacement.

I totally wore through the insole in about 4 months, it was bad before that. It has been about 5 months and I shipped them out today.

You must include your receipt, a money order for $8.30, and your address and phone number for contact.

My question; How long did it take most of you to get your replacement pair?

It says 2-3 weeks on their card, hopefully they will come back sooner.

Depends on the time of the year. Right now you looking at about 2.5 weeks. Good luck!

where did you buy your shoes from? I bought some KSwiss Defiers from TW and sent them back for warranty replacement. I sent them right to TW and, I believe, while they're sending your original shoes back to the manufacture, TW sends you a pair from their inventory. My shoes were replaced in about a week.

Sounds like you're sending your shoes back directly to Adidas??

I bought my shoes from my local pro shop.

I got a call this past Monday from Adidas. The UPS store..eh... well, Adidas didn't get my $8.30 money order for return shipping, so I sent them another one. They would have shipped a new pair out on Monday, I suppose.

It looks like if it takes 4 days or so to ship to them, they need about a week to sort things out, then they send out the new pair. It says 2-3 weeks on the card that comes with the shoes, so I am pleased with that.

I can't wait for my new shoes! I'll let you guys know when I actually get them back... I hope they aren't remanufactured shoes or something. :confused:

To answer the previous questions;

You must ship the shoes back to Adidas, the warranty has nothing to do with the retailer you bought them out. You need your original receipt and $8.30 for them to ship them back. That is how I understand it.

I am not sure if you need the warranty card, but one should have come with your shoes. Check with the retailed or Adidas on that to see if it is a problem that you did not get one.

When I spoke to Adidas on the phone, everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful.
