Shoes for indoor hard courts and synthetic grass ,savanna

I've recently got back to play again and looking for shoes in a budget of around 100 euros which can be used for both indoor hard courts and synthetic savanna courts (In europe).
Are Omni court or clay courts shoes best for both ?
Ive had mild plantar fasciitis swelling in the past and so looking at ASics gel 8 or similar as it's within budget

Been forever since I played on indoor carpet but I don't know if there is one shoe for this

Asics gel challenger shoes work well on those surfaces, and are relatively light weight, and comfortable right out of the box.

It's outdoor savanna/synthetic grass and indoor hard

I use clay outsole on synth grass since there’s a fair bit of sand and you need the grip. Of course the hardcourt will wear down the clay outsole faster but if you want only one pair that’s your only option.
