Shoes which will work with a thick replacement insole?

My foot doctor recently had custom insoles made for my high arched feet. The insoles are thick and have high arches so they raise my heel more than a normal insole (I can post pics for reference).

I tried putting them in Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour and Mizuno Wave Exceed Tour 6 and found that my heel would slip with the insoles because my heel was now higher.

Does anyone know a shoe which would work well with a raised heel? I'm thinking of ordering a Diadora Blushield from TW to try but have no clue what else might work. Thanks!

Babolats and Diadoras use thick factory insoles.

I have high arch, higher heeled custom orthotics and use them in my Diadora Torneo 2 wides and Asics Gel Resolution 9 wides.

Wimbledon Babolat SFX3 stock insoles. The technology (or brand?) says Ergo-Motion.

I moved from the Prince T22 lites (due to limited colors) and bought two SFX3s. They're immediately playable with no break-in period.
But for me the entire shoe lacks cushion, especially the front part of the shoe when in a long match. It felt like sandals at one point "for me" in the third set so I really don't think the insoles are thick. At least not in the forefoot area. The heel part of the insole is fine.
Mistakenly, I wore 1 pair of socks and got blisters.
I've tried SF green, orange, SoleFeet orange and felt no improvement. My feet are considered normal from the wet feet test.
Is there a thicker cushioned insole (in the front) you or anyone recommends that mimics the prince T22 that I can insert into the SFX3s?

Yes, in the SFX3, once you remove the factory insole, you're taking away all the cushioning and comfort that comes with it. Custom insoles and a bottoming out shoe are a harsh ride.

The only insoles I've ever purchased for more cushioning and comfort are the Powerstep Bridge. I only use them in my work shoes. I have never tried them for tennis.
