Shoes with good forefoot cushion

Tennis shoes these days tend to have thin layer on forefoot area.
I guess it will make you more nimble but I tend to have more forefoot problems.

Last time I was happy with forefoot cushion was with Nike Zoom breathe 2012
(Del Potro shoes).

Since then I've had Babolat Propulse 4, Nike Lunar Ballistec but they all seem to
have forefoot cushion less than I would be comfortable.

I've head Yonex and Babaolat SFX are good but I'm not sure if they good in forefoot area.
TW reviews mentions "cushioning" in general term but not specifically for forefoot area.

Please recommend shoes with good forefoot cushion and support.
Let's make a list of them for people with forefoot problems.

Thanks

I don't understand why there aren't more shoes with real forefoot cushioning for tennis. I could career less less about heel cushioning. In on my ties and the balls of the feet are what take a pounding.

I agree with your comments on the lack of forefoot cushioning. The older Nike models that had air cushioning in both the heel and forefoot were fine, but then Nike went into their "narrow foot" era, which kicked me to the curb.

I've been happy with Asics GR5, with aftermarket insoles. Don't forget, if a shoe company is going to skimp somewhere, it will be in the insole. I can't tell you the last time I didn't remove the factory insole.

I wear Yonex PCD shoes and haven't noticed any issue with forefoot cushioning. I also wear Prince T22s as practice shoes and have felt fine with the forefoot cushioning.

Both shoes have more cushioning in the heels, but I haven't noticed a decrease in forefoot cushioning in these shoes.
