i need a cheaper, more durable, tension maintaining and spiny poly. what should i get?
Spinny poly=Blue Gear. But except for the thinnest gauge -18- of the blue color, it's relatively stiff. I break the 18 pretty quickly, but I like it best. The platinum color is stiffer than the blue and is equally spinny.
I like Big Ace as an inexpensive all-around poly. I do fine with its tension maintenance...you'll get a range of individual opinions about that. It's relatively soft and has decent durability.
I'd definitely try both.
I would suggest from those two blue gear, due to the amount of spin you will get from this string vs the big ace. However in terms of durability I would go with the 17g.
