Fed was seen icing the knee after practice yesterday. This doesn't look good.
CakewalkererI believe that's almost like a common thing on the tour. It may be a preventive thing.
RF fans should be celebrating instead, because the draw is peRFectly suited to RF, anti-perfectly to Djokovic. The organizers made sure Novak has to be in perfect form to win USO, something that isn't in the interest of the very corrupt USTA.
Every year it's the same thing... But they get away with it because people are so gullible as to not even suspect foul play. (Or they know about it, but keep quiet because it suits their player.)Cakewalkerer
I suspect it as well. Did you notice that Djokovic and Nadal drew specific players that they may have trouble with? Though, they are late in the draw so fair enough. Those matches may not even take place.Every year it's the same thing... But they get away with it because people are so gullible as to not even suspect foul play. What is tennis turning to?
Nope..Fed was seen icing the knee after practice yesterday. This doesn't look good.
Well, yeah, they are late in the draw because they are all seeded. If the USTA could, they would give Rafa Thiem in R1 and Novak Medvedev in R3, and then have Rafa an Novak play in the QFs. But they can't. Maths doesn't allow it.I suspect it as well. Did you notice that Djokovic and Nadal drew specific players that they may have trouble with? Also, Kyrgios was placed as far away from the Big3 as possible so as not to give him a blockbuster match after his disappointing display at Cincy.Well, yeah, they are late in the draw because they are all seeded. RIGGED. Corporate interests and sociopathic bureaucrats have gained way too much power in sports.
Kyrgios Tsitsipas 3rd roundAlso, Kyrgios was placed as far away from the Big3 as possible so as not to give him a blockbuster match after his disappointing display at Cincy.
It's just not the same. I wanted Kyrgios Nadal.Kyrgios Tsitsipas 3rd round
Appeal to the ma$$e$ and that gross USO crowd that only knows Fedal.Every year it's the same thing... But they get away with it because people are so gullible as to not even suspect foul play. (Or they know about it, but keep quiet because it suits their player.)

I’m surprised they still work as well as they do... (the knees that is)
I ain’t worried, any loss here will be easier to deal with than what happened at Wimby...

How does this twitter know what people on TTW talk about? Who is this user?Fed was seen icing the knee after practice yesterday. This doesn't look good.

When Pam interviewed Fed yesterday, she emphasized how light the practice was. I could tell that Roger didn't like it and quickly reminded her that he was practicing later in the day too.
I seeTT refers to tennis twitter, basically the community of tennis fans on twitter

Do you even know how draws work? Fed is no3 so he couldn't avoid Novak and Rafa, or Rafa and Novak in sf and f. Nishikori is worst of 5-8 seed, so this most possible easy draw, not to mention his pet Goffan in 4r and so on...Nishikori, Djokovic, Nadal? No problemo.
why???It's just not the same. I wanted Kyrgios Nadal.
Dropping a set and winning two tiebreaks in two other sets isn't called dismissing.why???
Nadal dismissed NK at Wimby.
what we need to see is NK vs Djokovic, after all that smack talk!
True. But the guy is old, this is expected, and has pretty much reared its head for the past few years at this point in the year.At least it's not his back.
Nadal won!Dropping a set and winning two tiebreaks in two other sets isn't called dismissing.
Kyrgios is still dangerous and Federer and Djokovic are my favorites. I usually want Nadal to get all the obstacles thrown his way lol.why???
Nadal dismissed NK at Wimby.

He's not disputing that Nadal won lol. He's saying that it wasn't a "dismissal", which it wasn't.Nadal won!
get over it.
No upcoming amputation this week?Hell, I iced my knees after a hitting session yesterday and I am 30.
After the last couple years, I’ll just be glad to see him get past Goffin. A four-set loss to Novak in the semis with loads of blown break points sounds A-OK to me.
Reality is nobody cares.Every year it's the same thing... But they get away with it because people are so gullible as to not even suspect foul play. (Or they know about it, but keep quiet because it suits their player.)

Yes, I admit, even though I suspect it, I don't care.Reality is nobody cares.
No upcoming amputation this week?
Hope you have a great time icedevil! What I wouldn't give to be in NYC right now......i hope so, i plan to the 4th round live. Either 3rd or 4th, but leaning towards 4th. Idk if something deep in me thought it would be better not to see fed's 4th round match because that would have been the ticket i purchased except last year i was like lets experience something other matches so i just got day tickets for armstrong and got more bang for my buck, but i guess it was probably for the better that i didnt see fed melt against millman.
Thank you! I just hope I dont melt in the heat. Last year I nearly passed out and that was just me sitting.Hope you have a great time icedevil! What I wouldn't give to be in NYC right now......
Great news. We don't want another excuse lined up, aren't we!?This was already explained in the Fed News thread. He was icing his legs because it was so hot, he specifically said he had "no knee issues." Said to Blick yesterday, Swiss outlet.
No, never been to Wimbledon but it is something I'd love to tick off my bucket list one day. Maybe we could go together the next time Federer and Djokovic play a match there?Thank you! I just hope I dont melt in the heat. Last year I nearly passed out and that was just me sitting.
We might have discussed this but have you been to Wimbledon before

USO's corrupt organizers are aware that Kyrgios is too unpredictable in terms of motivation so they can't use him as easily to threaten any top players. Also, Kyrgios was placed as far away from the Big3 as possible so as not to give him a blockbuster match after his disappointing display at Cincy.
In that case why should the outcome in the finale matter?Reality is nobody cares.
