Don't know, but I can tell you my experience with shoulder problems. My left non-hitting shoulder was giving me serious pain when raised laterally (jumping jack position). Raising my arm from the front (Touchdown signal) caused no problem at all. Dr said is was 'adhesive capsulitis' sometimes known as frozen shoulder. 1 month of physical therapy - no change, so Dr suggested surgery to manipulate (break) the adhesions. I asked 'do these ever just get better by themselves' ? He said sure - just leave it alone and it'll probably get better. That's what I did, and 2 months later, it's quite a bit better. Now why didn't he tell me that before PT and suggesting surgery!?
