I would like impressions from experienced stringers who used those. They are the only ones available to me, I've never strung a racket but I want to buy a good quality stringing machine and string for myself.

The 3000 is a manual stringing machine (dropweight?) and the 5000 is an electronic available with or without digital display. I don't really care about the digital display so I would probably prefer to buy the other version since it's about 90 euro cheaper.
Do you think it's worth buying an electronic as a first machine? I thought that the electronic would make things easier and more consistent for a beginner but the price difference is significant so if you tell me otherwise ... I will reconsider :).
Thanks in advance.

I'm curious, how much do you pay for the S3000 and for the S5000? I am also interested in one of these.

I looked into those years ago, and they are too expensive to bring into the US, so I highly doubt you'll get much feedback. I know that on E*b a y someone selss Pro's Pro machines based out of the EU....maybe that would be an option as well?

Hmmm, thanks for your feedback I would consider Pro's Pro (or any other decent quality machine) as long as they ship where I live (and if they are within EU, I don't want to be paying import taxes as well ... the machine will be expensive enough ;) ). I think they are not very common since there's not much information on them around here :(.
