silent partner return policy

    hello all,

    I'm pretty close to getting a silent partner machine but have a couple concerns. They advertise a 30 day satisfaction warranty and I'm wondering if anyone has used it?

    I hope that I wouldn't have to return the machine but if I do, I'm wondering how difficult it would be to do this? Would I have to jump through a bunch of hoops?

    Hey kanata. I read somewhere that the company is very easy to deal with. I think I even read that when you call you have a high likelihood if talking to the owner and founder of the company which is unheard of usually. I can't confirm this obviously but it did play a factor in my recent purchase. I may have read it as a testimonial on their site or review somewhere. Anyway I personally think you'll be thrilled with the machine whichever one you choose. I probably could have gotten the lower range model as long as had a remote and been very happy as I had a ball just hitting balls back from a fixed position but I'm ecstatic with my smart. Good luck.     I own silent partner for 3 years (roughly 75 hours of usage)
    Pro :
    Good Customer Service
    Pricing is reasonable

    Product is shipped from Canada so for every parts you ordered have high shipping rate
    motor failed and replaced
    Electric board failed recently
    Wheels that come with the machine is not sturdy
    Model i own doesn't fit in car trunk so had to put in back seat
