2024 Sinner is at 65-6, but 0/3 against Alcaraz.
2006 Federer started at 47/3, with those 3 losses 0/3 all to Nadal. Ended 92-5 with 4 losses to Nadal and 1 to Murray.

i think winning 2 slams and not beating your main rival is better than winning 3 slams and not beating your main rival because 2 is an even number. 3 is an odd number. Odd numbers aren't great tbh.


Edit: Federer did beat his main rival twice actually, but still an odd number. Sinner had a better season than Fed in 06.
