Interesting article (in italian) that reveals that the outsole is the same as Sara Errani, custom made for her since her prime time by a spaniard specialist. Sinner's team noticed in Rome and asked her to put them in contact with him. Fast forward in Paris and the outsole was ready.

No necessarily. It can help increase circulation and decrease load on the arm. It’s a preference for some to wear it still while not having any injuries

It seems like just a compression sleeve Nike should sell. Someone probably knows the model.

I use a pretty cool one from Floky which has what they called “external kinesio tape” which are less stretchy silicone patterns on that provides more support for muscles and tendons than just compression. Built better than big brand sleeves I’ve bought too
