Since the beginning of the 2024 North American Hardcourt season, Sinner has a tremendous tiebreak record of 23-5. One of the reasons it's so hard to beat Prime Sinner is that you can play him to a stalemate for the entire set, but he won't allow you to steal the set in the tiebreak and change the tenor of the match. As you might imagine, there's only one guy who's consistently able to do that...
Despite this amazing tiebreak run, Sinner is just 2-4 in tiebreaks against Carlos Alcaraz in this same span. Alcaraz won tiebreaks in the 3rd set of the 2024 Beijing Final, 1st set of the 2025 Rome Final, and the last 2 sets of the 2025 Roland Garros Final.
This means that Sinner has won 21 of his last 22 tiebreaks against players other than Alcaraz. The only other player to win a TB against Sinner in the last 52 weeks was, randomly, Tomas Etcheverry in the 1st set of the 2024 3rd Round match in Shanghai.

I think this really adds to the idea that Alcaraz's 5th set tiebreak in the RG Final is one of the greatest of all time, because he was able to dominate the deciding tiebreak 10-2 against a guy who rarely ever loses a TB these days.
