Size 18 shoes? Help!

Hi everyone. I’m trying to find a tennis specific shoe in a size 18D (US). I’m having zero luck. Unfortunately, most customer service reps for companies only have information about their online store. I know that shoes get made in sizes that never make their online storefront.
Currently, I wearing low basketball shoes to play, but they are heavier and stiffer and designed for wood courts, not hard courts.
Any help would be appreciated. It gets disheartening to be uncomfortable doing something just because of the size of my feet. Has anyone ever seen an 18 tennis shoe in the wild?
Barring any of that, is there a company that makes custom tennis shoes? I’ve searched, but the google responses get really clogged with custom painted sneakers.
Thanks in advance, and before anyone asks, I’m 6’6”…just got stuck with really big feet.

I've never seen tennis go to that size unfortunately... 16 probably might be the peak.

Maybe you could try getting in touch with some higher level basketball manufacturers and/or franchises, they must have this issue pretty regularly?
Hopefully the good Lord in his wisdom compensated you in other ways as well...
