Federer is an offensive player not defensive, that is why his game is too good on faster surfaces and he likes faster courts so whenever he sees one his confidence is also up

As Fed gets older, YES. That's because his movement has slowed down.

If courts at my club would slow down more, the older guys would have a field day with the younger guys. Their consistency and not being bothered by as many winners would make them all the more happier.

You are wrong - Federer is best on grass and older USO fast hard court like Cincy and even indoor courts with a low fast bounce like previous year's WTF, Paris and Basel.

Federer is the best shot maker - he has all the shots - and a quick court with a low bounce rewards the shot maker rather than the grinder or retriever.

My view is the only disadvantage would be a real power player with a very hot hand - like Del Po, Tsonga or Berdych - could be even more of a problem on a fast court but that would be true for all the top 4 not just Fed. But, Fed usually handles the power players on a fast court because he gets lots of returns back and moves better than the opposition once the ball is in play.
