So kyrgios has some serious tennis elbow problem right?

Is that what all the tape is about? Also saw he had a cortisone shot there in 2018. They gave it some other name but t just sounded like an ultra-specific tennis elbow problem

Tape looked a mess from where I picked up the match beginning of second set. I presume it had come loose and Nick had tied a knot?

When he won Acapulco a few months ago his knees were all bandaged up in the semi's and then in the final he played lights out so I'm not sure how injured he is sometimes. All that wristy whipping action from his forehand and that quick action serve could be his issue but all he needs is to be strong and fit enough to handle his strokes. Time will tell if he will commit to his fitness so he can be a contender someday.

I wouldn't wish serious injury on anyone but tennis elbow might actually wake him up. It comes from inferior technique - no ifs, buts or maybes and definitely no excuses. It would force him to accept that he isn't the messiah but actually a very naughty boy in need of some coaching, conditioning and general *actual* help. A good few months off would give him time to work on his knees, shoulders and whatever else.

He's been coming up against some thick walls lately and there's more of them. I was hoping that loss to Nadal really hurt but probably not, yet.

  • Doesn't workout as much as the other pros
  • Ultra short warm-up
  • Improper posture / hunched back
All that leads to constant arm and knee issues.
Not sure if he stretches + gets massages as frequently as others.
I bet if he fixes the three above he can hit hard on groundies and serves without injury.

The problem with ignorance caused by stupidity is that it disables a person from grasping the fact of being ignorant. Everything else is just a consequence/effect of that cause.

Novak wanted to help him how to approach hate he is getting, to give him some advice, Kyrgios turned on to him and start attacking Novak more than any other player. Haha advice from Novak on how to manage the hate? How patronizing of Novak to even suggest that. No wonder it rubbed him the wrong way. It's unsolicited and unnecessary. Nick manages the "hate" and media scrutiny just well. Absolutely no need for Novak to "help".

How to deal in his mind with it you ignorant. And it was 2-3 years ago when he was not dealing with it well.

There is no need for Novak to mentor or be a "Godfather" to anybody unless asked for. No wonder he comes across as needy for attention by so many.

Oh so there is a need from Federer to do so and from many others ? All those experienced players were asked questions about NK and those players gave their answers mostly at being available to help him with some suggestions.

If the ATP and ITF would just step up and ban him from playing any tournaments we could stop talking about this troll! Maybe this tennis elbow or something else will take care of it for him so we don't have to see any more of this nonsense.
