He definately has game could be anywhere from 4.5-5.0ish IMO. I have been wrong before though.

I would say 5.0 if he could hit like that in matches. But I think a low 5.0

Which videos are you guys looking at? I've watched the two titled "Etienne Moshevich Tennis Tiebreak", which I'll go ahead and count as what he's capable of in match situations. Maybe he plays worse in a real match, but who knows? Anyway, based on these two videos, I have to say he's 5.0+ at the least. Keep in mind that shots tend to look slower on video, and the first serves look plenty fast. The arc on his shots seems to indicate a good level of topspin, and he usually hits pretty deep. Definitely a DI college-level player, but beyond that, it's hard to say for sure.

In his "recommendation" video a #1 seeded player at a D1 (I think) college recommended him (he's the guy is the tiebreak).
I've neve seen a "tennis resume", and a "tennis cover letter"! =D The "cover letter" is the intro I believe.

A realistic assessment would be that hard work should result in being able to play well at the DI level. I base that mostly off the Tiebreak videos. Unless that isn't actually him playing in those -which is a possibility, since he's on the far side of the court. But if it is him, then he is, in fact, competing there with an actual former DI player.
