Does anyone have a source for the Nick Bollettieri video "Sonic Serve" in DVD format. A 15-minute Google search came up empty. TW doesn't have it either. Thanks for any help.

Edited to add:

DVD version doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Never produced. I went ahead and ordered the VHS NTSC version from TW today and when it arrives on Monday, I'll just make my own DVD version of it. Simple enough if one has a digital camcorder, the appropriate computer software, and a DVD burner. Maybe the VHS will end up on eekbay someday soon.

Received the VHS from TW today via the UPS man. I also ordered the "Tennis Over 50" book along with the tape. I'm in the process of writting the tape to my digital camcorder for transfer to the computer for DVD production. For those of you who have The Tennis Channel, it is the same footage, (sort of).

Since TTC program is only 1/2 hour (with commercials), the ~50-minute tape is busted up quite a bit. I've recorded several of the TTC Sonic Serve broadcasts and they all seem to be a little bit different.

The first part of TTC broadcast is usually the same, and appears to be the first portion of the VHS tape. The latter part of the broadcast is a portion of the balance of the VHS tape, all a little different. If you record all of the Sonic Serve broadcasts, and watch all of them, you'll probably get the same data as if you were to purchase the VHS. Of course, you will be watching a lot of repeat data.

As a result of watching some of the broadcasts (before I ordered the tape), I made a few minor adjustments in my body posture when serving and my serves seem to have a little more pop on them. I really wasn't tossing the ball into the court very much. It was pretty much straight up in line with the baseline. I'm also double faulting a lot less, but that just might be getting more practice and play time in.

The improvement was substantial, so that is why I shelled out the bucks to purchase the tape. I was thinking that there would be additional footage that wasn't broadcast. Doesn't seem to be so, as far as I can tell. Maybe a few minutes, but nothing important that I could see so far.

Seems a little strange that this has not been produced in a DVD format - maybe they still have a huge amount of the VHS ones left.

I've actually never seen the full tape but always hear positive things (and some negative ones also) about this and the other ones. Hey, whatever works.
