My should has been sore for the last couple of weeks when I play tennis, golf and lift. The soreness is in the front of my right shoulder just to the right of my collar bone. It's not real painful, it just feel tight and sore, almost like a muscle knot that won't go away. Has anyone else had this shoulder pain? Did you get it from tennis, bench pressing or something else? Are there any good stretches or other ways to get rid of it?
