Sound effect of the playing surface???

I'm curious as to what causes the ball to sound differently when it makes contact with one's racket on different surfaces. KEEP IN MIND I'm not talking about when it hits the surface, but rather when you actually hit the ball. Here are some examples

Hard court

Clay

Grass

I know that different surfaces take away varying amounts of kinetic energy, but does it have to do with the speed you hit the ball, or the vibration of the shot (when the ball makes contact with the racket, not actually hitting the surface) being transmitted through the surface (and how the surface absorbs the vibration is what causes the sound)?

All different stadiums, of different sizes, shapes, and different distances to the microphones. The bigger the court, the further the sound travels till it's picked up by any of the microphones.

The first vid is indoors. The sound doesn't dissipate like it would do outdoors. You have reflections, which you wouldn't at, I dont know, indian Wells.

It's not a tennis issue. It's a matter of acoustics and let's say, sound system.
