SP Swing vs. Laserfibre MS200 ECO vs. Alpha Pioneer DC

Is the LF or Alpha worth the extra money? I would get Laserfibre floating clamps for the Swing if I got it, so that isn't a factor. Basically the mounting systems and dropweight (LF SmartWeight vs. Traditional) system would be the differences.

Also, I forgot the price of the ECO... I knew it before, but I can't remember it, and couldn't find it with the Search feature. Anyone care to let me know the price?

i believe the eco is 400 bucks. i'd go with the lf. the mounting on my lf is quite solid (i have the tt) and the tensioning is dead on.

Doesn't the ECO have a different mounting system than the TT? I thought it was 4-point instead of 5-point.

I have a TT. I took a look at the ECO at eagle's web site: http://www.keohi.com/tennis/laserfibre/

The TT does have one extra mount point at 12 oclock. Also it appears that the 2 mounts on the ECO are slightly nearer 12 oclock than the 2 head mounts on the TT, but just slightly.

Another difference in the TT and ECO mounting is the ECO has one throat holddown clamp that spans the throat area, whereas the TT has two holddown throat clamps near the throat mounts.

Based on my limited experience with the TT, I would guess that the ECO mounting is very good.
