Spain Defends Nadal From Doping Accusations From France

If I can't stop or at least lower the level of non-stop doping discussion in here, I might as well join with the rest of you.

Knew you would stoop to our level!

Until the Spanish judiciary cleans up its act I personally think it is fair game to slander Spanish athletes. The cover up of Operation Puerto is outrageous if you think about it. I doubt we will ever get to the truth of the matter as footballers too will be implicated thus undermining Spain of their World Cup and European Cup victories to some extent.

Credit to the Americans for having the balls to out Armstrong.
Nadal is Spains premiere sportsman of all time.........do not forget this!

But even me must revolt when you're comparing somebody like Kimmage to that spineless, disgusting, sleazy slimeball corporate 2 dimes prostitute called Roselyne Bachelot.

Wow. Such anger! Did she take your money and do a runner out the bathroom window? Or did she giggle all night and refuse to tell you why?!

I don't know the lady, so I cannot comment on her motives, but it seems strange to just randomly name a specific athlete for something like that.

I am sure that Nadal has a good case to sue, but it will be interesting whether he will do that.

Usually, the dopers are agressive in defending themselves untill there is a breakthrough somewhere and then the floodgates open to drawn them.

Lance might have never been caught, should he had not attempted a comeback or tried to bully the pople the way he did.

Before we know what her true motives were, it is risky to just call her names, just because .....

And it is pretty obvious to say that her motives were driven form her willingness for someone else other than Nadal to win the French.

After all, the last year someone else won it.

Nadal (and by proxy the Spanish sporting establishment) would be completely out of their depth trying to sue Bachelot. It would open up the Operation Puerto floodgates and possibly result in Spanish footballers being denied the right to compete in Europe for 4 years.

Spain has so much to lose in all this. Their best and only defence is for Toni Nadal to carry on calling her an "imbecile".

There is much to love about Spain and Spanyards, but their national characteristic is one of not being able to cope with losing face. This is sadly all about face..

lol now it's Giles Simon, a French player, who is furious with these Nadal accusations. He said nothing to defend Federer's silent ban though.

Not just Simon, Gasquet and Mahut as well as Guy Forget all came out with very strong comments in support of Rafa and basically calling the French woman crazy.

So, since Kimmage was right, it automatically casts doubts on every sports champion in every discipline until the end of times unless one can prove otherwise.

Ok kid.

We get it.
You forgot the part where even if there is proof that someone is clean (ie no failed doping test), we should still assume they're guilty anyway.

Hahaha maybe they wont have that much to lose it is all in your brain and what ever you want to believe .

But if Rafa wasn't doping how did he own Federer so much?

That is the proof ladies and gents. The ownership of Federer = Doping.

I hate to repeat myself, but many thought that Kimmage was just talking stupid things untill the truth about Armstrong came out.

Or what about Christophe Bassons (wrote a bunch of articles for a French newspaper alleging Armstrong doped), or David Walsh of the Sunday Times, or Frank and Betsy Andreu (former cyclist and his wife who claimed Armstrong told a doctor in the hospital after his cancer surgery that he used all kinds of drugs), etc. etc. These people all claimed Armstrong was a doper and Armstrong labelled them all crazy.

The pattern of a bunch of people coming out with doping allegations over the years about Nadal certainly seems to follow a similar pattern to the Armstrong case. Why are all of these "crazy people" focusing on Nadal? Not to mention the whole Operación Puerto scandal. If you are honest and not a complete Nadal sycophant you have to at least ask yourself why all of these claims have followed him throughout his career. All players have some doping allegations following them but they seem to be
overabundant and steady in Nadal's case. I doubt all of these people are crazy.

Ok,

Which people have come out with what proofs other than Nadal was beating everyone on the tour ?

Operation Porto ?

That was in 2006, my friend. Rafa was 19.
And are you telling me he was the only spanish player on the 2006 tour ?

Ferrero ? Robredo ? Moya ? Ferrer ? Almagro ? Verdasco ? Lopez ? Granollers ? Montanes ? Garcia-Lopez ? Martin ?

When 14 year old Rafa beat Cash in an exhibition, was he doping ?
When 16 year old Rafa beat Moya, was he doping ?

Damn cheater, this Rafa !

Concerning your two questions at the end of your post: I know for a fact, that currently the "medical work" with future pro athletes start at around 10-11.

Make what you want from it.

Thanks to Biological Passport was fully effective in September 2014 which Nadal got owned by field and even a 34 years old Federer beat him.

the same Spain who disposed all the blood samples on the order of a corrupt judge?? o_O

Well, they didn't, but they were very eager to (not that I will swear that there is much left of the original batch, but whatever).

But it is the same Spain, whose PM defended a doper after his ban was confirmed from the highest possible authority in sports (CAS) and the same Spain, whose former politician, head of the national sport, head of the olympic comitee and head of IOC voiced his opinion that the restrictions over banned substances should be loosened.

:D
