Spaniard Clay Court Title Checklist

I've always believed you are not a real Spaniard until you win a singles main tour title on clay (if you play singles, else a doubles title on clay).

Pablo Carreno Busta is the latest Spaniard to crack the list. First of many in my view. He now joins the following active players:

Rafael Nadal (obviously)
David Ferrer
Nicolas Almagro
Fernando Verdasco
Tommy Robredo
Guillermo Garcia-Lopez
Marcel Granollers
Pablo Andujar
Albert Montanes
Feliciano Lopez (finally)
Roberto Bautista-Agut
Albert Ramos-Vinolas

So who needs their clay cherry popped?

Inigo Cervantes (he is the guy I'm rooting for next). This may take awhile but Feliciano proved anything is possible. 27 years old so he needs to get a move on.

Roberto Carbelles Baena (young kid with plenty of time left to snag one)

Daniel Gimeno-Traver...I think that ship has sailed though

Pete Riba..........nope

I'm going to root hard for Inigo now!!! Lose that clay virginity and become a true Spaniard.
