Got new shoes! Weigh them and report your findings here for all to gander!
Here are the numbers I collected on the day (2021Aug06):
My numbers are with all insoles removed (incl. OEM/installed ones).
(before you ask: none of these are worn out more than possibly 2 grams of outsole, atm)
------
NB 806, US11.5/EU45, L/R = 396/405 gm [*edit: these have a bit of wear. I have a backup pair I can weigh later.]
NB 993v3, US11.5/EU45.5, L/R = 430/433
Nike Vapor X, US11.5, L/R = 400/396
Rush Pro 2.5 (2019), US11.5/EU46, L/R = 392/406
Lotto Mirage Speed 100, US11.5, both = 360
Wilson KAOS 3.0, US11.5/EU46, both = 316
-----
end of first report,
/Acey
Tips:
Grams are mandatory.
Indicate shoe size obvi and if you have the box handy, the EU size listed on the end sticker. [or just EU, if they were boxed/tagged as such; we Yanks will figure it out.]
A $20 kitchen scale is probably in every tennis players tool drawer; mandatory equipment for gearheads.
It's a good idea to tare the scale with something with a mass between 15-50 grams (then you put that thing on/in the shoe when you weight it) unless you have a lab/engineering grade scale.
