Instagram really makes it easier to see off season racket changes. Christian Garin looks to be using a technifibre. Who knows if he sticks with it.

Is that a logo or the company’s sales predictor?

Alycia parks no longer with ASICS maybe. Saw her with Wilson shoes in her latest story.

Maybe racket switch too?

Parks has been carrying a red Wilson Pro bag for most of the latter half of the season while playing with an unstencilled Yonex VCP. She was infamous last year for playing with a Yonex under a Dunlop paintjob (aka the Yunlop), but I don't think Wilson would ever allow something like that. It would be cool to see an Isometric Wilson Blade, though.

Very big loss for Diadora it true. Him and Struff are the face of the brand.
I think Fokina is now a big name for that brand at the moment, not only for the results... He brings show and is the kind of player I think people want to see

yes that will be why she has sponsorship - she has a pretty face that looks good in social media videos

Wouldn't it be more useful for Asics to invest in a Grand Slam champion like Ostapenko or a rising tennis player like Bia Maia?

Swan has never come close to the Top 100. He only competes in tournaments in England, for most of the year, he is in the obscure part of the ITF circuit.

Something like Bidi Badu would be more realistic for Swan.

I keep thinking about tennis players like Tamara Korpatsch surviving on the circuit. She doesn't have clothing sponsorships, she doesn't have any support from the German Tennis Federation, she just has racquet sponsorship (Yonex) and string sponsorship (Kirschbaum), which I highly doubt is much of anything.

At least I'm happy that she won a title at WTA level, and that she's in the TOP 100

because she has 100k followers on social media... and also nothing about asics sponsoring her precludes them from sponsoring someone else...

It is sad that even professional sport is no longer really immune from the famous for being famous ‘gram brigade - impressive six pack notwithstanding.
