Does it really exist? Anyone had/got it? What are the symptoms?
I may have one now. I've looked it up online and from what I've been able to tell, the symptoms are similar to that of a less serious groin strain. The main difference seems to be with a hernia you may have a bulge in the effected area. I am having a muscle pulling type pain in that area which goes down toward the inner/upper thigh. The pain in the upper area around the groin is most noticeable when attempting to sit up out of bed or when I sneeze
Here , more than you'll ever want to read:
Very common malady amongst tennis player - more common than folks know and often misdiagnosed...
it exists... harry shearer of football club newcastle united was held off the football pitch for months because he had a hernia. and a hernia in short terms, is a tear in your stomach muscles because you stress them so hard in a short period of time.
