Srichaphan out of the Sap Open

I live in San Jose and I was hoping of watching Srichaphan play in the SAP open, so when I saw his name in the 2007 roster I got exciting. But then, a few days before the SAP Open starts, he withdraws because of a wrist injury. %!$#%$#@^$ Aw man, I was looking forward to watching him play too....

Thats nothing. First time i went there i got tickets hoping to see Sampras v Agassi.

Sampras withdrew. Agassi got def'd for cussing. So what did i see instead?

Phillipousis vs Mammit. Pretty good match but i was still dissapointed.

Wow, never mind. That's even worst. Agassi withdrew last year too.

Yeah, I was really looking forward to seeing Srichaphan play, too. He's a really exciting player to watch. I was very disappointed to find out that he withdrew at the last minute. :(

Oh, yeah, that year when Sampras was supposed to play the semis, 1999, I had won free tickets in a contest to see that semi and was going to drive all the way from SF to San Jose in pouring rain. Then hours before the match, Sampras withdrew. I was pretty upset and decided it wasn't worth it to drive all the way down there just to see one doubles match. So I bagged it and went to see a movie instead. :-o

Srichiphan's wrist still injured?
I withdrew from the Asian Games to treat it
and it is still no better than 2 months ago, it would seem..
