Stan's USO Yonny

Is Stan the man still using the 95D underneath it all or has something changed @ USO? My laptop froze during one point on a good zoom of his frame and it looked like it had the long cuts in the throat.

I know he still has the long Pb strips at 3 and 9.

During the broadcasting, camera zoomed his racket then I checked New vcore but throat was different so Stan is using same racket which is 95D inspired custom rackets ^_^

Yeah, I saw a better closeup later and it's the same ish. Sad that they discontinued that beast.

Have not tried but somewhat reason it’s mixed review from people. Probably it’s not the racket theory hahaha.
Thought about trying 95d but 95 is too small for me so not an option anymore.

I had the 95D from when Stan first started endorsing it absolutely loved them as a singles stick. Unfortunately I ruptured my achilles and the frame was too demanding to play with. By the time I got back to adequate form I sold them :( Now I have the VCore Pro 97s. Similar, but not the same.

Just a fantastic frame imo. I have been playing with it for 2 years now. With some lead in the hoop and handle, and yptp 1.20, it performs really great. I got a bunch from a reputable seller that operates on the bay (and on a well-known string website that is used for the grey market). Once they're gone, I wonder what I will be playing with!!

I wanted to love the 95D but it was too clunky feeling. Something about the wide bottom part of the hoop made it feel sluggish. I play the Tour G 97 310g with tape, love the feel. Experimenting with the Duel G which is a bit more solid, but not the same buttery feel. Not a chance they are 1 RA point apart. If the Duel G is 64RA, then the Tour G is 61.

Tour G 97 310g needs a lot of weight added for it to be of any use. Still better off using that then the 330 for easier customization options.

95D is awesome but stock is already pretty heavy. Mine is 12.5oz with only a TW leather grip. I should have gotten the 1.3mm grip though because the 1.5 makes it so that if I add lead to the hoop along with 16g strings, it's too heavy.

At some point I'll probably reconfigure the whole set up to my liking but I just haven't been using it that much anymore. Great frame with tons of power, RPM is really the perfect string for it.

I’m leaning that way too. When they said a 95 would be out I wanted to hit it. But thinking about it, decided to test the 98.

Agree. Tour G feels really buttery, no way it is 63ra if my Vcore Pro is 64ra. They feel sooo different. I like the Vcore Pro feel more nowadays. Tour G feels quite muted compared to Vcore Pro
