The ATP has included the aces and double-faults twice in the Total Points Won, and they're also off slightly on the break points.
My counts agree instead with the boxscore below, which appeared in (at least) the St. Petersburg Times and the Salt Lake Tribune:
The following are my own stats.
Sampras won 124 points overall, Agassi 112.
SERVICE
Sampras won 86 of 121 points on serve, Agassi 77 of 115.
Agassi won 11 straight points to start the match and another 11 in the fourth – when Sampras had his own run of 12 straight.
Per Steve Flink's The Greatest Matches of the Twentieth Century, Sampras won 16 of his last 17 points on serve; I have the same.
Sampras served at 53.7%, making 65 of 121 first serves.
Agassi served at 55.7%, making 64 of 115 first serves.

Sampras converted 4 of 8 break points, same as in the boxscore. The ATP has him at 4 of 7.
Agassi converted 2 of 6 break points.
Sampras got his first serve into play on 5 of 6 break points. Both times he was broken it was on first serve. He held 11 straight times to open the match and was broken only in the third set (twice). He faced no break points in the fourth set.
Agassi got his first serve into play on 6 of 8 break points. He was broken twice on first serve and twice on second. He was broken once in each set.
Sampras had 24 aces and 6 df's.
Agassi had 8 aces and 5 df's.

Per Flink, Sampras served 11 of his 24 aces in the fourth set, and hit 8 aces in his last four service games (all in line with my counts). In the first of those games he actually hit 4 aces to hold at love.

These are forced and unforced errors combined; I got the totals by subtracting winners and aces from the total points won.
Sampras made 81 total errors. Of those I counted 6 double-faults and 21 return errors. That leaves 54 errors that he made in actual rallies (a rally consisting of at least a successful return of serve).
Agassi made 72 total errors. Of those I counted 5 double-faults and 33 return errors. That leaves 34 errors that he made in actual rallies.
