Stefanos acts all upset when he loses often . He doesn’t act like a people’s champion eg goody two shoes Pat Rafter always gracious in defeat and wins nice guy participation awards types eg media darling. .
Stefanos acts likes Tennis is dog eat dog and Everyman for themselves , and he makes it clear he’s not gonna be all happy if he loses and applaud the winner eg unlike say goody two shoes Pat Rafter or Federer or Rafa.
Stefanos acts like there’s no friends out there and thinks it’s silly for players to be good sports. He’s being prickly and competitive. Not nice guy Pat Rafter style.
He doesn’t care being painted a sports villain.
Stefanos often when he loses acts like he’s not worried being cast as the bad guy or not Mr friends with my opponents. He sometimes acts like it’s all about him, and he’s not gonna pretend to be all happy when he loses to the opponent who beats him. He’s annoyed Andy Murray, Mills Ranioc , Kyrgios , Rubelev and others eg sore loser type stuff some say.
I sometimes wonder that Stefanos doesn’t care about getting good PR, and doesn’t care if he’s typecast as the villain unlike say a Pat Rafter Federer or Rafa type eg media darlings and squeeky clean teachers pet image to fans and other players.
Does Stefanos need to change his style when he loses? Or is it fine as is?
He just doesn’t seem as level headed as say a Rafa or Fed or Novak or someone like Ash Barty, win or lose.
He’s very emotional character is Stefanos.
