Sticker on pro's racquets

There seems to be a sticker inside the throat of the racquet. If you go on atptennis.com it shows a pic of nadal holding his racquet with the stick showing in the throat. I saw it during the AO but thought it was only something the stringers put on. Anyone have any ideas what it is?

You're right, It's a stringers sticked indicating (normally) Date Strung, String and tension.
