Still searching for THE racquet. :(

If yonex frames are hard on your joints, the list is quite limited. Some people have mentioned boom mp or pro and those are good suggestions. New clash is prob as good as it gets for comfort and literally made for people with comfort issues.

Try a lighter Volkl, 285g or so. If rackets are giving you wrist pain and you've ruled out bad technique, you should go lighter. But as others have said, there is no Holy Grail. You may swing one racket beautifully one day and then it may feel different another day, which makes you give up on it. If you can't start the process by finding a few stick that don't cause pain, then you may not have the physical makeup to play tennis.

To be honest, if anyone is seeking real advice, they should post a video of themselves playing competitive points - not just grooving with a ball machine, or a casual rally etc. Stuff like an NTRP / UTR rating is too vague. How many times has someone claimed "I have a spiny forehand with flatter backhand"? Only background info we have on the OP is - "serve & forehand are my best shots, backhand isn't bad either". Kind of hard to give specific recs on that type of info. They also mentioned they play NJCAA, so I'm going to assume they are an advanced, competitive player. I was just watching the D1 Indoors championships, and it seems a lot of players use more modern, forgiving frames. Lots of PA's, PD's, Strikes, Blades, Speeds, Ezones / V-cores. Basically frames that handle incoming pace well. Too many times, myself included, we fixate on our side of the court and don't make too much mention of the type of ball we go up against on a regular basis as a factor in deciding on a frame. Anyways, hope the OP found their stick...

I don't want to be ripping at each ball to put it away.
In other words, you want a magic racquet that will do all the work for you. It's not surprising you haven't found what you want. I would suggest you stop trying to be competitive and just focus on the social aspects of playing and just having fun. Bonus, you'll save more money.
