stole racquet, need to buy a new one!!

Hello everyone!!

Well sadly I’m forced to buy a new racquet, because one of my Prince Precision response titanium was stole!!, I have been using this racquet for already 6 or 7 years! Then I’m not really up to date in this issue (even worse my old couch recommended me this one then I even on that time I didn’t know much about racquets), I still have one (lucky I left one in the shop for re string it), then I need to buy another, my idea is to keep using the one I have and buy another racquet just in case. Is this advisable or should I buy two new racquets?

Anyway the main question is which racquet should I buy, Of course I’m looking for something similar to my PPRTi, about my game, well, my favorite sport has been always bodybuilding then I’m quite strong, but control has been always my problem, that’s why my PPRTi suits me perfectly, besides this, my forehand swing is moderate and eastern grip and my backhand swing is quite long.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Check out the Prince Ozone Tour. Great racquet for a long, strong swing and quite forgiving too!

thank you for your advice, actually I was checking this one, it looks good.

I thought you had stolen a racquet

hehe, sorry I missed the "n"

For the nearest type, try out Prince TT Warrior...

thank you, I red about the similarity between this and mine, but it's really old and discontinued too

by the moment I've found that this two rackets should work for me:

Prince Ozone Tour

and

Babolat Pure Storm

any advice?

thanks!

Yeah, definitely the TT Warrior is the closest thing you can find right now. Also, the EXO3 Ignite is supposed to be a follow up to the Precision Response line, though I haven't tried it before to know how close it really is.

I still have a PRTi in my racquet rotation, along with two More Control DB 800's. I actually think I like the PRTi better than the other two... Shame to have such a great frame stolen.

Thanks mate!!, I will check that one too

how did this happen?

Well if you want me to keep thinking on that hehe, after a game I went to the supermarket and in the meanwhile I was inside, some #$%^ burglar opened my car and stole my radio and my bag with my racket!!!

not really, I've living here for3 years already and I never even heard about something like this, was just plane bad luck !!

get the Babolat, its easier to string

????, sorry but can you please explain me a little more? because doesn't hear like a really good reason for me, but of course I'm not expert

oh the Prince requires a boomerang tool, to string, while the Babolat doesnt, tho i may be wrong about the Ozone, but Prince O3s require a tool to string and im not 100% sure they apply to the Ozone but pretty sure, and if u string for urself then the Bab would be easier, unless u dont which then doesnt really apply or even matter

Good reason to update to a current model altogether. Why look for the same thing,... there are lots of great rackets now. I like my Prince EXO3 Rebel 95. (I Love the Jamaican theme graphics....)

Just stay with the racquet you currently have, then if that gets stolen, then get a new one....
OR sell that one and get two new racquets, i'd recommend the borris becker 11, have heard good things :)

well thank you very much for your explanation, I will keep it in mind, but I don't string for my self.

yes you are right, is just my old racket suits me so well, that's why I was looking for something similar. I checked yours and should work for me, now I have 3 choices! thanks!

mm, but I break strings quite often, that's why I like to have 2 rackets. I'll check that one thanks

The prince Ozone Tour requires one of the following to string

1. Boomerang tool ( it doesnt fit in the first or second hole because the holes are too small on the 18mm beam )
2. Brake system on your machine
3. Using your hip

I felt that the ozone tour was way too over powered. I had it strung at 66 and it still had more power than my prestige mp strung at 55/57 IMO

thanks, but I didn't quite understand about your point N 3.
and about your comment, that's whats worry me, because my main problem are too long shots.

I have never heard anyone say prince warriors were not good racquets so I would look hard.

I know they are good, but I couldn't find any one
