Strange People in Saudi Arabia

I found this video on YouTube about these people outside their car while traveling down what looks to appear a highway somewhere in Saudi Arabia. One of the weirdest videos I have seen on YouTube.

That's nothing new, it's called Ghostriding. Came out of the hyphy movement in SanFran in the early 90s during the explosion of West Coast hip-hop. It's been around for a while, just not at such high speeds. Usually people will stop at 5 to 7 miles per hour and won't go faster. What these guys are doing is just nuts.

Honestly, they drive so fast there in general. I had a hard time driving there. I like driving fast and all, they were just crazy.

Ghostriding is when nobody is driving the car while it's still in drive and you dance on top or beside it. So yes, this is new.

The one aspect of the video which I found strange was the fact that they were wearing women's clothes. Also I'm curious how fast they are traveling.
