I have a customer that is breaking a full bed of Big Banger Ace in about two weeks a pop. He is BIG spin hitter, and likes the feel of ace, but he's not I love with it. I was thinking I could up the gauge a bit to get some more life for him... Maybe fit him in somthing like TF Pro red code 17... Would give him a similar feel with a bit more life. Am I way off? Any suggestions?

Yea, up the gauge with a decent poly for a bit more life. SigPro Tornado, SigPro Hyperion, TF ProRedCode, or TF BlkCode would all be good choices as they maintain tension.
Lux Ace is the only poly that lost so much tension that it turned into a trampoline for me. 17G will be a bit stiffer but it will hold tension better too. Maybe drop the tension a couple of lbs for the Ace tension.
