String hybrid with durability and feel?

Hello everyone,

Had a question about a good hybrid for my babolat pure drive. I had recently tried the "ultimate duo" comprised if Wilson sensation or a similar Wilson string and luxilon big banger. I do like that combo but the Wilson didn't last long enough! Any suggestions are well received.

Might I suggest the true "ultimate duo" of gut mains and poly cross. I got hooked on it after reading some of the threads on here on the subject. I like Klip legend mains and Kirchbaum pro line II crosses, but a lot of people seem to like Pacific gut mains and MSV co-focus crosses. I like the Klip gut because it strings up much easier for me than the Pacific. I got a good deal on a pro line reel and Tennis Warehouse was out of the MSV at the time I ordered otherwise I would have tried it. I tried different tensions before settling on 56 for the mains and 51 for the crosses, that's in a LM radical 98 18x20 pattern. The gut feels amazing and I get about 30 hrs out of it. I swap the crosses out when they start feeling dead, about 15 hours in I think. Absolutely love the setup though.
