String machine String Gripper

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me which is better for string machines? I'm looking at the Silent Partner Hip Hop vs the Hercules 680. They are both in the same price range and both have the same features except they both use different string grippers.

The Hip Hop uses a cam string gripper and hercules 680 uses the linear ball bearing string gripper. Which is better? Please help.
