"best" is entirely subjective. One player's going to like polymono over a syn gut, others wont' touch poly type strings (which is most of these strings) with a 10 foot pole.
Need more criteria. If you are accustomed to polyester type strings, these strings vary. I personally like a firm/dead stringbed, but a crisp feel. The Let 'r Rip is dead, but plays quite well in certain frames. The Polymono is a crisper poly, and the SSH/SSS are great poly strings, all around decent, but they'll all lose tension pretty quick. If you dont' break strings often there isn't really a reason to go poly unless you are trying to firm up that string bed or get some added spin POTENTIAL (you're not necessarily goign to get added spin).

Another one to consider that is a new string but very reasonably priced is Prince Poly Gut. Not too stiff for a poly and very playable for a sub $5 string.
