String similar to Pro Hurricane Tour but holds tension longer

I currently string my racquets with Babolat Pro Hurricane tour and absolutely love it for the first few hours of play...

It loses string tension so fast I constantly have to restring them, it's starting to get a bit expensive.

Are there any other string recommendations out there that play similar to the pro hurricane tour but holds string tension for long periods of time?

You can wait for babolat's new string Revenge it's suppose to holds it's tension longer than hurricane and it's a bit softer.

yes I have played with it when babolat gave me a few packs and played with it in their new Pure Storm GT. It's way better than pro hurricane.

I can't wait to try the Revenge too. Tempted to get some from Europe but it's pretty expensive! PHT is already a pretty good string IMO.

The String Comparison Tool will help you with this:
http://twu.tennis-warehouse.com/learning_center/stringselector/stringselector.php

Choose polyester, tension loss, and and Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour 16.

From the overview (the 9 cells of bar graphs), you see that depending on your swingspeed and tension you can find polyesters that lose 13-27% less tension than PHT. Then click on the border of your swingspeed/tension cell. (Find individual strings by dragging slider button that appears)

If you compare to all string materials, then of course you have many more strings to choose from that hold tension much better (that lose up to 70% less tension than PHT).

You will want to compare other specs as well so that you choose a string that loses less tension but is close to what you like in stiffness, etc.

I've never seen that String Comparison Tool before, that's pretty neat.

Wow, very cool tool. Thanks!

The Babolat Revenge sounds pretty exciting, I'm going to give it a shot when it's released.

I agree w/ the OP, I love PHT but looking to move to another string.

Luxilon Alu Rough is the next on my list...

Fyi, I normally cross PHT w/ gut

Luxillon Alu Rough has the same problem as PHT, it goes dead in a few hours and it is just as expensive.

So which string is more preferred between the 2?

I am giving Lux Alu Rough a shot tomorrow.

What are pro's and con's of both strings ... If I were a PHT user , would trying Lux Alu Rough make any sense?

Thanks if you can answer my questions.
