String Suggestions - Currently Using Sensation Duo

I'm not well -versed in stringspeak so please bear with me. I'm currently using a Head Microgel Extreme Pro with Sensation Duo strings strung at around 55 tension. I've loved the durability and power level of the strings, but the feel has been lacking.

I battle arm problems and rely on a heavy kick serve, so I need something arm friendly with good spin on serves. I've read decent things about Babolat Addiction (except for poor tension drop). My stringer also recommended working in Wilson NXTs with the Wilson Sensation.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd go full NXT if your stringer is only offering you Wilson strings just to protect your arm.

I would agree with above said statment NXT full bed would feel great.

From a fellow arm pain person, the few strings that I have really been able to use that protect my arm are as follows: Any synthetic that Prince makes. The new Wilson SGX which is like Prince Lightning XX which is a spin friendly synthetic gut. Also I have been able to lately play with either Solinco Tour Bite or Tourna Big Hitter Blue Rough as a main with an NXT or a Gamma Livewire cross. The multifillament makes it so much easier on the arm. Tour Bite creates so much spin its amazing!
