i'm going to restring my yonex R-27 and yonex R-7 and i was wondering what would be a good string and good tension to string it with.

with my R-27 i was going to get a hybrid of 18 and 16 gauge. i was thinking of stringing this racquet on about 60lbs, but i don't really know how hybrid lb system works... do i just get both strings at 60lbs or do i need to set different lbs for each string to get a 60lb feel? oh and i want a really spin friendly string on this one.

with my R-7 i'm thinking of 16 gauge or maybe even 15. R-7 is my practice racquet that i won't really use in a game, so i want something just want something durable. but i also don't want to kill my arm with a really stiff string, or at least i think it was the stiff strings that trasfers all the shock to the arm... ^^;; well i just want a comfortable and durable string with preferance on durable over comfort a bit.

any advice would be helpful since this is my first time stringing a racquet.

edit: i want a 58lbs on the R-7, i forgot to mention that.
