Stringing Machine Recommendations

I'm in the market for a stringing machine and appreciate all suggestions. Currently I'm looking at the Prince Neos 1000, Gamma 5003, and Silent Partner Maestro machines as good possibilities.

My family all play tennis and the machine is primarily for stringing our own racquets and maybe earning a few dollars stringing for friends. I'm guessing we will probably string 2 - 3 racquets per week on average. Most important requirements are durability, ease of use, and stringing speed.

I open to other recommendations and also looking for information on where to buy reliable used machines.

Thanks for your help.

I was in a similar situation a few months ago and through my research, was about to buy the Gamma 5003. What held me back was some comments here about the complexity of the mounting system. Having to adjust each point. I came across a good nearly new Prince Neos for about the same money as the Gamma and am very glad with my decision. As a new stringer, I wanted good, simple, and reliable machine and the Neos fit the bill. It is overkill for the amount of racquets that I string but it is a great machine that I hope to hand down to my teenage son.

contact this no. 508 385 2200. this is a proshop trying to get rid of a few prince p200's. they are disco models. but i would ask a lot of questions about the unit and pictures from different angles of the particular unit he wants to sell you.
