strokes

on both groundstrokes you are basically pushing the ball, not hitting it. This is quite common with novice players. The first suggestion I would give would be to pick a point where your racquet must follow thru to, lets sayover your shoulder for simple definition.

Every time you hit you need to attempt to get your racquet to finish in the same position, it should need this length to slow down the acceleration.

There are issues with your weight transfer, which is probably what your "people" are talking about, research linear vs angular momentum and see which works best for you.

Your serve looks the best of the three strokes so if that is going in probably best to spend your time on the groundies

thanks solat, yea i can see how weight transfer and balance could be the problem as well as my follow through, however my serve is my main problem it lacks pace and i am a constant double faulter so its the serve im most concerned about.
