Hi all,

I play with 2015 blades 18x20 and like the Kirschbaum Evolution string a lot. Due to elbow sensitivity I want to change the cross string with a multi or syn gut.

what are you guys recommendations that don’t break the bank? Also spin potential and longevity wise.

Thanks!

Babolat, OGSM or POSG.
Alpha Gut 2000, Rip Control, Sensation multis.
Thanks for the reply! I must admit I don’t understand all suggestions but I’ll find out haha. Spin is probably not the best with these. String tighter or maybe a shaped main?

You’re using a blade 18x20. While it is capable of spin, you need an open pattern for easier access to spin. Flatter hitters use 18x20’s. Play with tension to see if that will help with spin. Perhaps use the thinnest strings you can tolerate.

Thanks. Currently waiting for my strings to arrive. I opted with Kirschbaum Evolution 1.25 and Head Velocity 1.25 in the crosses. If you guys have other suggested setups let me know!

if you're currently stringing full poly with the kirschbaum, why not try pro'spro red devil poly as the cross. It's a soft poly so it'll probably play closer to your current full bed than going to a multi or syn gut cross. plus it's cheap to buy.

This is a copoly right? Why don’t just play full copoly? To soften it out. Kirschbaum Evolution is copoly right? Or is it not considered soft
