Suggestion TW

I would like to request better inventory control. It seems like everything that I look to buy is out of stock. (maybe its just my fortunes)

but for example.... i really dont think as the leading tennis retailer you guys have any business being out of Wilson Pro Overgrips in the white, when it is obviously (even stated in your description) one of the most (if not the most) popular overgrip being used right now.

what i would suggest would be to have an inventory red light in the computer where whenever a product gets to be at a low level (like if you only have 5 or 6 left in stock) that an order would immediately be placed to replenish supply...

hopefully this comes across as helpful and not hurtful. it just seems that many things are always out of stock for me for some reason.

I agree that there is no way that TW should run out of stock of certain items, the Wilson overgrips are a good example. I'm sure TW agrees with you.

Don't assume assume that the inventory issue is TW's fault. The problem may be with the supplier.

Yes I agree with snoopy. Wilson may have low stock or the production might be slow.

We are aware of our "out of stock" items and we order to replenish our stock as soon as it gets low but sometimes the suppliers cannot meet our demands on time. Sorry for any delays.
